Born on 13.02.1842 in Leckow, Schivelbein district, in Western Pomerania, Prussia. Daughter of Ernst Wilhelm Nass and Johanna Christina Louisa Ponert. The Nass family emigrated to Brazil on the same ship as Friedrich Meyer, so they must have met during the crossing.
